Yeah that's true Netsuite also has some disadvantages like there’s no way in NetSuite to easily identify that the new case is actually copy of the existing one, and there’s no way to move that incoming message over, except by cutting and pasting

You may need to completely restart your browser, or possibly even reboot. Having Java issues can cause this. Also, if you're comp is the only one in the company having issues then make sure you have the same version of Java installed.

I have found google chrome to be the best this year until 15mins ago!!
I cant edit my text boxes on the dashboard or saved searches anymore.. Yes I have clicked enable editing..does anyone know how to fix this?

Firefox was a stable browser, but not as quick as google. And I got rid of it for the last time when it would delete my emails as I was composing them.. it was so frustrating and it only happened to my browser only..

That's a good point and you're probably right. The display in IE is often a bit more consistent.

Hi,
Thanks for you wonderful review about internet browsers.
I think when you work with reports in netsuite IE shows reports better than other browsers do. if you open matrix reports in mozilla columns are not clear as they are in IE.
what do you think about it?

"You can sync with Microsoft Exchange Server. I know someone who is going to jump for joy reading this!"

It doesn't actually say this in the release notes. NetSuite for Outlook will sync with Outlook (Exchange client) only and not the Server. What is says in the release notes is that the Server Platform is Exchange, not that it will sync with the server. I hope you didn't get your pal's hopes up too high.

This was a very popular post. We've set up a bunch of case satisfaction surveys for NetSuite users as a result. Let us know if you need help doing it!

Good thought Rob, Surveys are an under utilized tool in NetSuite. Excellent way to measure support, return policy, etc.

Good to talk to you couple of weeks ago. Stay in touch,
